Overview:

  • RN Clinical Lead: Neurosurgery 
  • Full Time 
  • Day Shift 
  • Monday-Friday

The Registered Nurse Clinical Lead will provide supervision of clinical staff, manage process development, track quality metrics, Staffing schedule implementation and oversight of Standard Operating Procedure in the Neurosurgery Department.

This RN will also manage patient triage via telephone and in clinic and provide clinical telephone triage/communication as defined by protocol or provider instructions. They will have to accurately communicate pertinent information to providers, internal and external customers, office associates, patients and family members in a timely manner.
*This is more of an operational role than a hands on clinical role.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Graduate from a credited School of Nursing 
  • Current License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio 
  • 1 year of recent RN experience in an acute, hospital setting 
  • Prefer 1 year of lead experience 
  • Will consider an RN who has leadership experience as a LPN or MA
